Delivery Information
We aim to process all deliveries on the same working day, if ordered before 1:30pm. The majority of our orders are dispatched from our distribution centre in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. In some instances if required, we may dispatch your items from one of our partners in order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

At checkout, you will receive the option of standard delivery, express delivery and for qualifying orders, small item delivery.

Backorders
A backorder will occur when an order is placed by a customer, but there is insufficient stock in our warehouse to fulfil that order at present. When adding an item to the basket that has insufficient stock, a notification will appear informing the customer.
Items from the order that are in stock will be despatched in line with the selected delivery method, and any otheritems that are on backorder from our supplier and will be despatched as soon as these arrive in our warehouse. Deliveries to highlands and islands will be held until all stock is available and sent as a single consignment.
Stock-to-Order
Some items on our website may be described as ‘stock-to-order’.
These items are not stocked in our warehouse and may incur longer lead times than normal. For any items purchased as stock-to-order, the item(s) will be despatched either as soon as the stock arrives into our warehouse (on the delivery method specified in the original order), or directly from our supplier.
There is no additional delivery charge for orders than are split into two deliveries. If delivered from our warehouse, stock-to-order items will be delivered by either Royal Mail or inXpress, and in some circumstances we may use other couriers to ensure that costs are kept low, allowing us to maintain our affordable prices. Deliveries to highlands and islands will be held until all stock is available and sent as a single consignment.
