Adamatic Auto Traywash Liquid Detergent has been specially designed to remove the hardest grease, starch, sauces and other organic soils from your kitchenware. We recommend that it is an ideal product for commercial and school kitchens that need a highly effective detergent. The product is suitable for use in most water conditions and can also be used on glassware and aluminium items.
How to use:
The detergent is auto-dosed from a wall-mounted unit or internal machine pump. The machine wash temperature should be around 60 to 65°C.

Remove all food debris from plates and make sure that heavy soiling is rinsed off items before they are placed in the dishwasher.

Place glasses and cups upside down.

Load items that are of a similar size next to each other so that the wash jets can reach them.

Load the items evenly and do not try to fit too much in.

Stack cutlery with the handles facing down.
Good practice:
-Larger pots and pans ought to be washed by hand.
-Never use a tea towel to dry crockery as it may be contaminated with harmful bacteria – simply allow to air dry.
-After each cycle, dump the machine wash water and replenish with fresh water.
-After each cycle, check and clean the filter trays and make sure the wash and rinse jets are not harbouring any debris.
-You may need to descale the machine regularly with an acidic descaling product.
