Delivery Information

We aim to process all deliveries on the same working day that they are ordered. The majority of our orders are dispatched from our distribution centre in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. In some instances if required, we may dispatch your items from one of our partners in order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Mainland UK

At checkout, you will receive the option of standard delivery, express delivery and for qualifying orders, small item delivery:

• Small Item Delivery
  Orders less than 1.8kg in weight that include no hazardous items.
  • Price: £3.60 inc. VAT / £3.00 exc. VAT
  • Delivery time: Up to 5 working days
  • Courier: Royal Mail*

• Standard Delivery
  • Price: £8.15 inc. VAT / £6.79 exc. VAT
  • Delivery time: Up to 5 working days
  • Courier: DHL*, YDL* or Royal Mail*

• Tracked Delivery
  Following your order you will receive a URL to track your delivery (this is also accessible for customers with a web account under "Orders". If you have not received an email with your tracking code, please check your junk mailbox.
  • Price: £8.75 inc. VAT / £7.29 exc. VAT
  • Delivery time: Up to 5 working days
  • Courier: DHL, YDL or Royal Mail

• Express Delivery
  Orders placed before 1:30pm are prioritised for picking and packing in our warehouse and delivered on a next working day service. Please note, this is an estimated next working day delivery and in some circumstances delivery may take slightly longer.
  • Price: £11.15 inc. VAT / £9.29 exc. VAT
  • Delivery time: Estimated next working day
  • Courier: DHL*, YDL* or Royal Mail*

*In some circumstances we may use other couriers to ensure that costs are kept low, allowing us to maintain our affordable prices.

For orders over £75 exc. VAT (£90.00 inc. VAT) standard delivery is offered free of charge and follows the detail above.

Highlands, Isle of White and Isles of Scilly

Please note that for Highlands, Isle of White and Isle of Scilly postage charges are calculated at checkout.

Backorders

A backorder will occur when an order is placed by a customer, but there is insufficient stock in our warehouse to fulfil that order at present. When adding an item to the basket that has insufficient stock, a notification will appear informing the customer.

Items from the order that are in stock will be despatched in line with the selected delivery method, and any otheritems that are on backorder from our supplier and will be despatched as soon as these arrive in our warehouse. Deliveries to highlands and islands will be held until all stock is available and sent as a single consignment.

Stock-to-Order

Some items on our website may be described as 'stock-to-order'.

These items are not stocked in our warehouse and may incur longer lead times than normal. For any items purchased as stock-to-order, the item(s) will be despatched either as soon as the stock arrives into our warehouse (on the delivery method specified in the original order), or directly from our supplier.

There is no additional delivery charge for orders than are split into two deliveries. If delivered from our warehouse, stock-to-order items will be delivered by either Royal Mail or inXpress, and in some circumstances we may use other couriers to ensure that costs are kept low, allowing us to maintain our affordable prices. Deliveries to highlands and islands will be held until all stock is available and sent as a single consignment.
